COMMISSION FORM:
The commission form includes questions on the type of art you want, how detailed you like it, and in which style. It is a form that is here if you do not see something you like on VGen! I highly recommend you read through the Terms of Service, and gather any reference images/ other information you have before beginning the form. Thanks for all of the support and I am excited to collaborate!
If the commission form is inactive or unable to be accessed this means my commissions are not open. Make sure to check my social media to see when they open. I usually take on a few each month :)
Deposits:
Due to the rise of AI usage and scammers, the deposit for the commission must equal to at least 70% of the total price of the commission. The remaining 30% must be sent to the artist after the commission is complete. If at all the patron wants a refund, it must be done before the sketching process is complete.
TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL
Artist has a right to deny request
The artist has a right to deny changes to art once work is finalized and sent to client
PAYMENTS
Due to the rise of AI usage and scammers, the deposit for the commission must equal to at least 70% of the total price of the commission. The remaining 30% must be sent to the artist after the commission is complete. If at all the patron wants a refund, it must be done before the sketching process is complete.
You can cancel your commission only before payment and before the the sketching process is complete.
Commissions can be paid Via: Paypal, Zelle, or Venmo.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation after the sketching phase of the commission may require a cancellation fee of 30% of the deposit.
If cancellation fee is before the artist has finished with sketches, the 70% deposit will be returned in-full to the client.
REVISIONS
Clients can ask for revisions up to 3 times during the process of making the art this includes at the very end of the rendering process.
The artist has a right to deny suggested revisions from client once finalized art is sent.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commissions can take 1-4 weeks to produce.
Client have a right to contact me and ask ask where their place is on the waiting list or ask what step in the art process their piece is in.
USE
Clients have a right to post art on social media only if artist is mentioned.
Clients have a right to use art for personal social media icons.
Clients have a right to negotiate commercial use with artist before use.
Clients are not allowed to monetize off of art work unless agreed upon by artist.
COPYRIGHT
Using artwork for any manufacturing or commercial use is strictly prohibited unless prior agreements are made with artist.
You may not use art for NFTs, or AI learning.
The artist reserves the full rights to final artwork and can be used for personal portfolio.
REFUNDS
No refunds under any circumstances after artwork is finished.
Partial refund can be granted under certain circumstances (see cancellation section)
